However, having someone who is specifically trained to help you advocate your decisions, and provides a deeper level of support than any practitioner can provide will make you feel so empowered. Doulas can elevate your birth & postpartum experience, the statistics speak for themselves! Plus, it takes a village!

Of course! Doulas respect clients’ choices and educate in a non-judgmental way. There is no one way to raise a baby, so doulas help parents find what works for them. A doula is there to make sure parents can rest and be encouraged as well as be the emotional and physical support needed for baby.

I sure do! For postpartum, I offer a minimum of 4-hour shifts at $45/hour. Schedule a consultation and we can determine what works best for your needs.

Part of my job is to work myself out of a job so when our time together is over you’ll feel encouraged to do it on your own.

Postpartum doulas usually stay with clients from birth to about 12 weeks. My goal is to educate & prepare clients so that they feel confident enough in their own abilities to not need me anymore. It’s a compliment, I promise!
