Young Little Gifts provides customized postpartum doula services in San Diego County and south Orange County.
Guiding you successfully through the important Fourth Trimester is of the utmost importance. As a maternal mental health advocate, decreasing and recognizing the signs of mental health disorders in all family members – not just the birthing person – will be taken into account at the beginning of all shifts. Supporting you and not only your infant allows for more healing, rest, and bonding.
Prenatal meetings are customized based on each clients needs. They can cover postpartum plans, lactation education, creating realistic recovery goals, etc.
Postpartum support looks different for every family and each shift is uniquely curated to appease your needs. Services can include, but are not limited to: light housework (cleaning bottles, baby’s laundry, tidying nursing stations), organization, light meal preparation, lactation support, refresh sleeping quarters, replenishing baby essentials & nursing stations, education on feeding cues, infant care while parents practice self-care (sleep, eat, shower), and recovery support.
Whether you’re a first-time parent or knowledgable in all things postpartum, providing you with opulent support is non-negotiable. Allow me to coordinate the lux care that you deserve.
Packages start at $1,575 and can be customized based on the support you desire. Prenatal support, meal preparation service, YLG lactation visits, and coaching session can be added to any package. Additional hours can be added at the hourly rate to any package or on their own as à la carte.
All packages include a complimentary 30 minute consultation, before you book with me, to ensure we’re both compatible.
